Introduction

Welcome to the website! I am Tamás Hadik, founder of ChemHTR Solutions Ltd. I founded the company to support my partners with procurement solutions, professional and commercial representation, consulting, and sales target mapping.

I graduated as a chemical engineer at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics in 2004. I started my career at Egis Pharmaceuticals, where I worked for nearly 20 years in various fields. The main milestones were:

2004-2010 First I worked as a deputy leader, and later as a section leader in a pharmaceutical plant manufacturing intermediates and APIs. Here I had the opportunity to learn the operation of a department/plant and the related production, quality assurance, administrative and other processes, tasks, and workflows. During my work as a department manager, I was involved in several original product plant scale-up projects, which was probably one of the most challenging tasks for me at that time from a professional point of view.

From 2011 to 2016 I worked in India, where I gained very valuable experiences, both professionally and personally. After setting up an office in Mumbai and creating the operational conditions, I was appointed Director to oversee all the company's India-related activities.

 

The main responsibilities included, but were not limited to the following:

          • imports (active ingredients, intermediates, finished products, and all other production-related materials),
          • active ingredient exports (both for the local market and for export),
          • business development activities, including the search for new companies, products and technologies,
          • DD (due diligence) and GMP audits in connection with the search for new suppliers,
          • representation.

In 2016 I took over the management of the Strategic Sourcing and Sales Department of Egis Pharmaceuticals in Budapest. I was responsible for the company's overall development procurement for production, which allowed me to work with mainly Chinese and European companies, in addition to Indian companies. I was responsible for the company's entire export of APIs, which virtually covered the world's regulated pharmaceutical markets. In the course of my work, I developed the company's contract development and contract manufacturing business and the related workflows. I acquired, managed, and coordinated a number of these projects.
